However; If you go in winter and get those amazing shots that have snow on the rocks and mountains. If you ski as well you’ll be in heaven. Lake Tahoe is a favorite center for winter sports and is also one of the most popular summer resorts in California. It is reached by railroad or automobile from Truckee and other points.
